A Post Father’s Day Reading!

Every now and then I miss my late husband, Jack, so much that I ask my/our medium, Gail (GailandSpirit.com), for a reading. Maybe it was Father’s Day that just triggered the grief again, but I was so needing it. I had my reading today, and Gail was amazing. My late husband’s energy is always so strong, as well, so I am very lucky! Today she delivered messages, one after the other, that were right on the money. And I don’t need for “them” to prove to me that his Spirit is around me because he has proven that repeatedly these past few years. What I’m looking for now is the experience of knowing we are communicating in real time.

I love when he warns me about things I need to know that need attention in our house. Today Gail said he was all up in my business to protect me like the fix-it guy he always was. And he did! He wanted me to replace batteries in the remote for the power-controlled awning. I’m sure if it failed to move, I would have assumed the awning was broken and never thought of the remote battery. And I had received a call from the water softener company last month that the filters were due to be changed. I admit, I had put off making that call. She said that Jack indicated it was time to change the filters! He also told me to get a second opinion for what could be a problem in the garage attic that I was worried about. It all made sense and I loved the support.

Gail also knew from him there was a baby on its way, and that it was to take his name. (And John will be the middle name of our great grandson to be!) She also said he wanted me to send that great grandbaby the book, Good Night Moon, and write a note to let him know it was from his great grandpop, and that he’ll always look out for him in his life. My late husband was always so enamored with seeing the surface of the moon with his powerful telescope. He used to get me to come outside to “see his moon” once he got it in focus.

She went on to say, ” He’s acknowledging and loving what I am doing for a volunteer project… and something with books?” Well, it turns out I have designed a joyful-memory writing project with residents of an independent living place where I will go once a week to help them write their memoirs. He and she hit the nail right on the head.

She went on to share a few things with another relative who recently passed, and she continued to share details that she couldn’t have known in any way but through that spiritual connection. In the end, she said Jack always has my back and believes I am quite capable of doing a couple of other very specific things I was worried about but hadn’t shared with anyone. Like I said, it was an amazing reading and gave me so much comfort that I am filled with gratitude!
