Just Sharing Our Story

I grew up as a people pleaser, as many of us did who were raised back in the 50’s and 60’s. Our parents generally agreed we were to be “seen and not heard” and respect was required vigorously. It wasn’t until I raised my kids that self-esteem was “introduced” which moved on to the highly proclaimed rights for kids in the generation after that, and then to a level of almost self-entitlement… but I digress. I personally had to learn to find that centered place in the middle where I could feel comfort with my needs while accepting others for all our different needs, choices, opinions, etc., especially in this current state of affairs in these divided times.

So, with all that in mind, I’m learning to separate from those knee-jerk people-pleasing reactions, to one of total comfort for those who don’t find my new book their cup of tea. Afterall, I am talking about contact after transitioning in my new book “You Don’t Know Jack! How Antics from My Late Husband’s Spirit Give Undeniable Evidence of Afterlife.” It may resonate with the beliefs of those who have already connected with the other side, or simply know they have a soul or energy that aligns with everything and forever. I know there will be those who simply don’t believe in an afterlife. Eight billion unique belief systems exist and I respect them all. For me, I decided to tell my story because it happened to me after my husband passed…because of the meaningfulness of the signs from him through context were simply so overwhelming. And now as it gets “out there” as of the release day of December 12th, I’m comfortable with any feedback. My goal, our goal, is to give comfort to those who want or need it.

And for those who reject the concept of an afterlife, I’m fine. I have such a peace in my heart that I’ve shared our story…our discovery, and it is now stronger than any need to please for the first time in my life.
